Quit The Rat Race

I read an article with interest.  One does not have to be fully financial independent before taking the step to quit the full-time employment.

I agree with such comment. My take is that one can quit the full-time employment also known as the “rat race“if he/she is 50 financial independent. It means that the dividend derived from the investment portfolio covers 50% of the expense of the individual. One can start to do the things he/she like and I believe that there will be generated income for such work done by the individuals.
