Gym Membership

People in my workplace choose to go to the gym for exercise.  The gym membership fees can add up to $1,000 to $2,000 per year in the place which I reside. The “Follow The Jones” feeling starts to add pressure on those office co-workers to follow the trend. Those who do not follow the norms will be despised and regarded as the outcasts and abnormal categories.

I do not follow the Jones and decide on my preferred choice.  There are so many free avenues of keeping fit. I can go running in the park and it is free to exercise through such avenue. I only need a pair of running shoes and sport attires for such exercise.

I do not care about the situations in which I do not participate in the gym membership as my co-workers.
