During the past one month plus of blogging, I note one significant sign. I started to make mental block on the topics which I intend to write for the post daily. Sometimes, I run out of ideas and feel like missing one post for the day as I feel that it is pointless to write for the sake of achieving the targeted mile of one post per day. I decide against it due to possible prolonged absence of the post. One missed post could have led to two, three, four and so and so for and I might eventually give up this blog. I will look around for the trigger point online and start writing the post once I have the idea. I refrain from looking at the website with the habit of copying word for word. I will close the website and focus on the topic and start building the flow of the thoughts while I am typing the details which are developing in my mind.
So far, the above method helps and enables me to maintain the habit of one post per day.
