Running is good for health and mind. I have been running for many years. I feel that running keeps my mind fit and healthy. I will use running to ponder on the on-going circumstances which happen in my life. I feel that this is an excellent way to build up my stamina for long distance run. I do not regard the time taken to complete the run. The most important thing is to cover the distance. I will run a total of 7.2km and the running itinerary is on the park connector. When the weather is hot, I will restrict my run within the running compound of 400 metres per run located in a park. This will be equal to 18 rounds which add up to 7.2 km. I will usually complete 20 runs to make it 8km.
