Last Day Of July 2018

Today is the last day of July 2018. Time flies and we are seven months into 2018. There are five months left in 2018. Work is quite busy all these while. It seems that work is never-ending. I am a team manager. It appears that there are a lot of works to be approved. I can only do my own work after the office hours. It has led to me wondering whether it is time for me to pull the trigger. I can handle the requirement of the work and I changed the department. My current manager is nicer than the previous one. However, I feel that it’s better to plan for myself rather than working for the good manager. I have a decision to make for myself. At least, this decision is not a pressing one.

As mentioned before, this is my fourth job since I started my fledging career sometimes in 2000.  It has been about two years plus in my current job. It may be time for me to call it a day in my fledging career. Alternatively, I can move on to a new company which will be fifth job. I do not fear the retrenchment as the concern for me is to be happy in the things in which I am doing.
