The weather in Singapore has been erratic. It rained in the morning and it changed to sunny afternoon. Such weather can easily cause minor sickness. I am one of such victims and was down with sore throat and headache. It is important to drink more water to overcome the virus attack which is prevalent in such weather. There is a saying that a person needs to drink eight glasses of water to replenish the loss of water per day. Sometimes I do not drink the stipulated glasses of water due to heavy work schedule in office. I come of a way to overcome it by drinking one gulp of water whenever I feel thirsty. Hopefully, I will be able to fulfil the daily water intake requirement and avoid falling foul to the virus.
