Route Of A “Retiree”

People tend to think that a retiree is likely to be in his/her 60s at least. However, I feel that such trend is going to be the preferred mode for people in their 30s or 40s. I am one of such category. I believe that this is entirely due to the mindset for the majority of the people. There is no way for the mindset change unless one decides to give it a try and adopt an open-minded approach. There are a lot of things a retiree in his/her 30s or 40s can embark when he/she decides to call it a day for the corporate career. It’s no fun having to endure due to one more year syndrome. One more year can lead to two years. Two years can lead to four years and so on and for. I think that as long as one feel that he/she can sustain himself or herself for at least a decade, I believe that he/she is ready to call it a day in the corporate world. Retirement does not mean doing nothing. One will still earn so sort of income for the work he/she is interested and willing to do so. There is no pressure of having the promotion aspiration as the mindset shiftes to a relaxing mood. The “easy to go lucky” mentality will likely to kick in such part-time employment. He/She can quit at any point of time as per his/her wish. It’s the best of the two world for one to have and embark on this journey.
