There are instances in which I do not exercise due to illness such as flu. I am a person who take massive precautions in not exercising whenever I do not feel well. I believe that this will reduce the risk of collapse. The bad part for not exercising is the decline of the fitness. It takes me a significant amount of time to regain my fitness. I feel that this is worthwhile as I live to fight for another day by adopting a precautionary approach.
