Inputs For Fan-Owned Club Which I Support

Things are worse at the fan-based football club which I support. The team has been losing consecutively in the league matches and is in real danger of suffering relegation from English Football League One in 2019. Being a passionate supporter of the football club gives me the need to give my inputs to the club management on ways to improve the current circumstance of the club. I gave my inputs to the club management. However, the club management decided on the status quo. The chairman of the club commented that it does not make sense to sack the existing manager of the club and replace with a new one. He cited the example in which all the four other clubs which were relegated from League One last season, all changed their managers in the course of last season. As such, the club management opted to keep the existing manager in his role. He added that there would be financial compensation if the decision is to sack the existing manager and replace with a new one. The new manager might not improve the current status of the club.

I have given my inputs to the club and done my part as the supporter of the club.
