道不同不相为谋 (Part 2)

In my last post on my blog, I mentioned “道不同不相为谋”. I am inspired by this Chinese phrase. This truly reflects on the sentiments in which I embarked on the FIRE journey almost two decades back (short of two years). Over these years, I gain valuable experience from my life journey through the interactions with the co-workers and friends. I know that these are the things I need to refrain from telling them as they are not receptive to the details which I have mentioned.  This has given me the peach of mind while I am continuing this FIRE journey on my own. There are instances in which I can sense that the co-workers are not interested in the FIRE journey which I previously mentioned to them. I can sense it from the mannerism as well as the face expression. I am more obvious to observing the behaviour of the co-workers. I gained valuable insights from such observation signs and re-aligned my actions in accordance to my future strategies going forward. To be frankly speaking, I refrain from communicating such insights to the co-workers and am more inclined to keep the insights close to my heart. I am more likely to communicate such insights through this blog with the benefits of anonymous identity on me.

I feel refreshed communicating the details through the daily post on this blog. This will enable me to improve my writing skills as well. I think that I benefit from the daily postings on this blog. I blog because I want to and not because I have to. This is considered to be a daily hobby as per my perspective.
