A Milestone In My Life

I recall the time in which I made the first job search sometimes in 2000. The job search started a few months before I completed the Full-Time National Service. I was eager to secure the first job before the Operational Ready Date also known “ORD”. I managed to secure the first job and started the first job one day after ORD date sometimes in December 2000. I did not want to waste the time of not earning the income immediately after the ORD date. I managed to do so and accepted the first offer which came along the way. I took part-time Bachelor degree study during my tenure in the first job. I managed to graduate with a normal degree. This was sometimes in 2004. I have since moved on the jobs. My current full-time employment (which is scheduled to end in early May 2019) is my fourth job. It has been a significant milestone for me. 18 years plus of full-time employment is sufficient for me. I am about to embark on the next phrase in which I am able to lead my life in a leisurely and stress-free mode. I believe that this will enable me to lead my life to the fullest based on my terms and preference. This is no regret based on such decision.
