Today is the first day in which I do not have the full-time employment. It feels good not having to wake up early for the job and work till near midnight. This has struck me of a different perspective and I do not have to deal with the sheer stress in meeting the tight deadline for the work. I think that this should be the right and appropriate lifestyle which I should be leading for personal benefits. I will embark on daily exercise (slow jogging) to reduce the belly around the waist. It will be a slow and relaxing journey to a healthy lifestyle.
