I do agree that writing a post on the blog will reduce the stress and pressure of the individual. I can cite my case study as an example. As mentioned before, I encountered high stress and pressure from my previous full-time employment. Over the last one year till the end of April 2019, I experienced the relief of stress from typing the details in my post on a daily basis. This is despite typing the details in the late nights after coming back home from the office of the full-time employment. The second reward which I encounter, is the improvement in my writing through the constant and daily writing on the blog.
In my current circumstance, I no longer have the full-time employment which previously took the majority of my time. This will mean that I can have a more concentrated mind to focus writing the post on the blog. However, I still maintain the approach of writing the topic of the day based on the thought at the prevailing time of writing the post for the day. I feel that this is the natural way of writing and it truly reflects my thought in my mind at the point of time. I do not see the need of creating and planning the details of the post and I feel that this is too artificial and I will rather not write the post and this does not serve the purpose of writing the post on this blog. I believe that this will create some of the sustainability relating my daily posting on this blog.
I do not have to write the post on the blog in order to please any stakeholder. I post because I want to and not because I have to do so.
