As mentioned in my previous post, the weather in Singapore is getting hotter. It is important for one to drink as much water as possible to replenish the water loss. People tend to take cold drink to quench the thirst. I am of view that it is better to drink the plain water and this is much healthier as per my perspective. Plain water will taste better after long exercise. I experience it during the daily runs.
Plain water is the better thirst quenching avenue as per my prespective.
