Delisting Of Companies From Stock Exchange

I believe that some of you might have realised that some limited companies are not willing to give more dividend to the shareholders. This is despite having the financial ability to do so through the free cash holdings in the financial balance sheet. There is no way to force the management of such listed companies to do so if they are not inclined to do so. There are possibilities for such companies to be de-listed from the stock exchange through the take-over by the major shareholders. This is the nature of businesses in which the individuals will want to obtain all the profits generated by the companies and deprive the ordinary shareholders from having the slice of the profits.
