Cost Of Meals In FIRE Lifestyle

There are many ways of stretching the money for meals. I note that I spend less on meals  now than during the full-time employment. My daily meal expenditure cost me less than $10.

I have bread and coffee/tea/Milo for breakfast. The bread is a load of pandan flavour bread which cost me about $1.70. The beverage will cost me about $1 on average.

I will have the mixed vegetable rice or noodle soup for lunch and dinner. This will cost me $6. I do not request extra ingredient as I find that the portion is sufficient for my intake.

The above will incur the cost of $9. It will cost me less than $400 for a month of meal.

You may want to find that the above meals deprive me of the life enjoyment. I do not think so and I perfectly prefer such form of lifestyle which is simple and good.

To each of our owns.
