Simple Mind

Minimalism may be related to the material items. It is not so much as buying the cheap item, but buying lesser items and actually using the item that matter.

Decluttering is good and keeps the useful items and sell the rest which are just taking up space.

I feel that minimalism does not limit to physical items and is applicable to the mind. It will be good to free the mind from the worrying issues. Think of the happy moments and I believe that such happy moments are beneficial for one’s mind. I only come to the realisation that such mind minimalism can also be applied in my daily life.

One tends to care about others’ perception a lot. These are so social expectations which I feel to be unwarranted for one’s attention. It will be beneficial for one to let go of such expectations and one will be happier going forward.

Life goes on. No matter how the outcome of the things one does, life goes on. If one gets retrenched, life also goes on. The sun rises, and it’s a new day.

I come to think about the life, reflection. I come up with such thought. What’s the biggest problem in life?

The biggest problem is that one is alive. Sound strange huh?

If one is not alive, there is no stress, issues to think about. There is no need to think about money and social expectation.

It depends on how one views the meaning of being alive. I am of view of being alive is not a problem for me. All these issues need to be handled. It’s like trimming a bonsai. Trim off the bad parts and keep the good one.

One must enjoy being alive. If one do things that make life unhappy, there is no point being alive.
