Frugal and Miserly People

I read with the interest on the difference between being frugal and miserly.

A frugal person loves to spend less on himself/herself; but when it comes to people that matter, he does not mind spending money on them.

A miser will not spend money on himself and others.

I feel that this is an interesting concept. I do agree that this is how people evolute and the perceptions vary from people to people. The most important thing is for one to be happy with he/she is doing at the prevailing moments.
