Today is the last day of November 2019. We are now one month left for 2019. Time flies and 11 months passes and we are almost onto the third decade of 2000. This goes to show that time waits for no man. I am already in the early 40s and resolve to make the best use of the time in this planet.

I am almost seven months since my exit from the full-time employment. I take a quick note of the net worth and glad that the net worth increases instead of decreases expectedly. This is due to the flexibility in adjusting my expense in accordance of the generated dividends from my investment portfolio. The creation of the buffer goes to great extent in making the net worth heading north instead of south.

I am content with such outcome and continue to ensure that such trend continues to be of such nature in time to come.
