Changing Job

Changing jobs was one of the most enjoyable experiences in the full-time employment. The opportunities to embrace new organisation culture are the chances that were too good to refuse at the point of time. This is with the knowledge that I had the buffer of being retrenched in the event that the things did not work out at the new place. This explains the benefits of having monetary buffer as a back-up which would reinforce one’s bargaining chip when changing jobs. This has been my enjoyable circumstance in which I was very contented with the opportunities. I do not have any hesitation of changing jobs when the opportunities arised at the point of time.
