I read with interest on the blogger who has bought a flat for $450,000. She rented the rooms to the tenants. The generated rent will add to the passive income which she will channel for her own uses. I understand that the flat has been paid off from the proceeds from the sales of the condominium. I note recently that she mentioned about the problems caused by the tenants. The tenants have taken to sleeping in the living room for reasons only known to themselves. She was disturbed by the alarm clocks which would wake the tenants up for the day activities.
Based on the above situation, I believe that this is one of the cons in which the blogger will have to bear for renting the flat to the tenants. I do not favour such decision. I believe that the housing should be meant for a good rest. I understand on her intention of renting out the flat for some form of passive income. Such way is not my cup of tea.
This blogger also has some form of investment portfolio which she channelled some of the fund into. I prefer to keep it simple through the investment portfolio.
